Rajeev Khanolkar
Board Member, Co-Founder, and Chief Executive Officer
Rajeev Khanolkar co-founded SecurView with Niten Ved in 2007. As the CEO, Rajeev forms several strategic partnerships that, in turn, contribute to the development of new products and solutions. He has been instrumental in building and maintaining a strong partnership with Cisco Systems, which enables SecurView to reach a global customer base. Under Rajeev’s leadership, SecurView has become a leading cybersecurity solutions company.

Rajeev is a serial entrepreneur. He co-founded NetCom Systems in 1995 with his partner Niten Ved. The company was very successful in delivering enterprise management solutions to Fortune 2000 companies. In 1999, NetCom Systems spun off netForensics, a pioneer company in SIEM (Security Information and Event Management).
As the CEO of netForensics from 1999 to 2005, Rajeev helped shape netForensics into a global leader in internet security information and event management. Under his leadership, the company won many technology and business leadership awards. Specifically, netForensics was listed as the fastest growing technology company in New Jersey by Deloitte in 2004 and as one of the top 10 fastest growing companies in 2005.
Rajeev received an M.S. in Thermodynamics from the University of Birmingham in Great Britain and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in India.
Joe Rooney
Chief Financial Officer
Joseph Rooney manages the financial and administrative operations at SecurView. With more than 25 years of experience in finance, he provides a wealth of financial expertise and specializes in developing and executing financial growth strategies. In addition to overseeing the company’s financial management, he is also the primary legal liaison. His responsibilities include contract negotiations, financial reporting, investor relations, and being the administrator of the company’s employee benefits plans. He worked closely with SecurView’s founders to acquire strategic funding from Cisco Systems.

Prior to SecurView, Joseph’s experience included being the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for netForensics, Inc., a leading security information management (SIEM) vendor.
Joseph is a New York State CPA and he received a B.S. in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Manhattan College.
Sunil Khanolkar
Chief Operating Officer
Sunil Khanolkar is responsible for driving SecurView’s technology vision and delivery capability in the areas of cloud and mobile security. Over the years, he has delivered projects for global enterprise customers involving Cisco’s security technologies.

He has been involved in architecting solutions using Cisco’s NextGen security products, such as ISE/TrustSec, ACI, and ASA Firepower. He is on the innovation team that invented SecurView’s IDA (ISE Deployment Assistant) product to accelerate ISE/TrustSec adoption. He also currently manages a global Security Optimization Services (SOS) team that delivers services to enterprise and service provider customers.
Sunil received a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University.
