Company Leadership

Rajeev Khanolkar

Board Member, Co-Founder, and Chief Executive Officer 

  • Rajeev Khanolkar co-founded SecurView with Niten Ved in 2007. As the CEO, Rajeev forms several strategic partnerships that, in turn, contribute to the development of new products and solutions. He has been instrumental in building and maintaining a strong partnership with Cisco Systems, which enables SecurView to reach a global customer base. Under Rajeev’s leadership, SecurView has become a leading cybersecurity solutions company. Rajeev is a serial entrepreneur. He co-founded NetCom Systems in 1995 with his partner Niten Ved.


    The company was very successful in delivering enterprise management solutions to Fortune 2000 companies. In 1999, NetCom Systems spun off netForensics, a pioneer company in SIEM (Security Information and Event Management). As the CEO of netForensics from 1999 to 2005, Rajeev helped shape netForensics into a global leader in internet security information and event management. Under his leadership, the company won many technology and business leadership awards. Specifically, netForensics was listed as the fastest growing technology company in New Jersey by Deloitte in 2004 and as one of the top 10 fastest growing companies in 2005. Rajeev received an M.S. in Thermodynamics from the University of Birmingham in Great Britain and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in India.

Sunil Khanolkar

Chief Operating Officer

  • Sunil Khanolkar is responsible for driving SecurView’s technology vision and delivery capability in the areas of cloud and mobile security. Over the years, he has delivered projects for global enterprise customers involving Cisco’s security technologies.


    He has been involved in architecting solutions using Cisco’s NextGen security products, such as ISE/TrustSec, ACI, and ASA Firepower. He is on the innovation team that invented SecurView’s IDA (ISE Deployment Assistant) product to accelerate ISE/TrustSec adoption. He also currently manages a global Security Optimization Services (SOS) team that delivers services to enterprise and service provider customers. Sunil received a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University.

Sanjay Kulkarni

Executive Director - India Operations

  • Sanjay, as the head of India Operations, oversees SecurView's business activities in India, the Middle East, ASEAN, Europe, and Africa. With over two decades of expertise in cybersecurity and networking, Sanjay possesses extensive experience. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed Security Operations Centers (SOCs) for clients located in diverse regions. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in establishing SOCs for both SecurView and various Internet Service Providers (ISPs) globally.


    Sanjay has been involved in building and expanding the Managed Services Business for SecurView. He designed the current Next-Gen SOC from where SecurView provides managed services to its customers. Sanjay has also played a key role in designing, building, and managing SOCs for different Telcos such as Axtel, Reliance JIO, Du Telecom, and Ooredoo.

Parag Mahajan

Vice President of Technology

  • Parag Mahajan's vision is to ensure that SecurView remains at the forefront of innovation. He is committed to developing a strategic product roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and meets the evolving needs of the market. Parag Mahajan is also dedicated to implementing next-generation security technologies to protect company and customer data against emerging threats.


    With over ten years of experience, he has made significant contributions to the architecture of solutions such as Cisco NAC, ACS, ISE, SourceFire (aka FirePower), ASA, and the latest in Smart Building technologies. As the product manager for ISE Deployment Assistance (IDA), he is accountable for steering the product's development from its roadmap conception to market adoption. He drives the development of the Container App for Smart Buildings, ensuring the validation of PoE endpoints and the overall health of the solution. Parag holds an MSc in Security Technologies and Applications from the University of Surrey, UK, and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from PICT College in India.

Tina Castelino

Vice President of Operations

  • Tina Castelino is the driving force behind the professional services projects and programs at SecurView. With a strategic vision and meticulous attention to detail, she is responsible for the development and oversight of these initiatives, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and customer needs. Tina’s role encompasses critical functions such as resource management, project allocation, billable utilization, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Her leadership and expertise have been pivotal in streamlining processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of the professional services team. She is known for her collaborative approach and ability to foster strong relationships with clients and team members alike.

    In previous roles, Tina was instrumental in managing diverse projects and programs, particularly those involving Cisco security solutions. Her expertise has included the successful deployment and management of Secure Firewall, Identity Services Engine (ISE), Software-Defined Access (SDA), Catalyst Center, and Smart Buildings. Tina's work has positively impacted hundreds of clients, helping them achieve robust and secure network environments. Tina holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and received a B.A. in English from Rutgers University.

Pradeep Chopade

Director of Managed and Professional Security Services

  • Pradeep, as the Director of PSS and MSS, oversees the day-to-day operations of these teams at SecurView. Throughout his career, he has managed operations for various industries, including Telcos, Banking and Finance, and Airlines.


    With over 16 years of experience, Pradeep has played a crucial role in building and developing processes for SecurView Operations. He has been instrumental in implementing automation using different tools, benefiting SecurView SOC by automating services and delivering seamless experiences to customers worldwide. With his strong leadership, technical expertise, and ability to navigate complex security landscapes, Pradeep is dedicated to ensuring the resilience of our digital infrastructure. He earned a B.E. in Electronics Engineering from Pune University.

Ritam Chakrovorty

Director of Technical Solutions

  • Ritam Chakrovorty is involved with SecurView’s delivery and strategies for technical solutions for wide variety of customers. His responsibilities are managing and delivering projects, technical pre-sales, growth of the technical delivery team for SecurView’s professional and managed services. Over the period, he has been focused on solutions like next generation software defined networking, firewall migrations. Prior to SecurView, Ritam was responsible for enterprise network design, implementation, and escalations for technical issues with different companies. His experience involves delivering projects while working with Cisco routers, catalyst and nexus switches, F5 load balancers and firewall technology.


    He received MS (Master of Science) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and BE ( Bachelor of Engineering ) in Electronics Engineering from University of Pune, India.
